Come behind the scenes at Birmingham Museums Trust on a conservation studio tour. Meet the conservators and see first-hand the ways in which they look after the Trust’s varied collections. This tour will provide a fascinating insight into the role conservators play in preserving objects and how they are prepared for loans and exhibitions. Conservators will be working on objects selected for the James Watt Exhibition opening on 12 July at the Library of Birmingham.
